West Coast Swing is a dance that is known for its musicality and varied styles. It developed from Lindy Hop in the 1950s on the West Coast of America, and although it incorporates a swing rhythm, it is smooth and not too energetic (certainly for beginners). Read more about West Coast Swing here.
