The Grammy Award winning Maytals Band celebrate the life of Toots Hibbert

The recent passing of Frederic 'Toots' Hibbert, founder and leader of legendary reggae act Toots and the Maytals has been a massive loss to the world.

Toots is universally recognised as one of the greatest live performers ever and the Toots’ songbook will continue to bring joy, happiness and a good party for generations to come.

Among those bereaved are The Maytals band, five of Jamaica’s finest musicians who have been with him on every tour for the past 40 years! The Maytals Band developed a telepathic relationship between them that positions them amongst the greatest reggae bands of all time.

The Maytals Band identified a new singer in Jamaica, that they feel will be able to deliver the Toots and the Maytals songbook with power and respect.

This is part of a historic UK tour celebrating Toots and the Maytals' historical relationship with the UK mod, punk, ska and reggae culture from their very beginnings.

The Palladium Club and The Big Sheep are adhering to government guidelines during the events with many measures in place including temperatures taken at the door on arrival and names and addresses of each person in attendance.

Anyone not adhering to social distancing measures will be ask to leave the site, we want this to be a safe environment for people to enjoy live music.

Basic Festival Camping

You have the option to purchase Camping at £10 per person. This is basic festival field camping is located at The BIG Sheep. The camping field is available for access 1 hour before the music starts. You must have left the field by 10am the following morning. Portaloos and Tap only.

Camping Terms and Conditions

In placing a booking you agree with the following Terms and Conditions:

• Our Site Managers and their teams are fully empowered in all aspects of Site operation and management and in placing a booking you agree that you and your party will at all times comply with the requests of the Site Managers and their teams.
• As the person booking the camping spot, you are responsible for the behaviour of all members of the party whilst on the site.
• Any wilful damage to the site or surrounding areas will result in you being asked to leave site. Any costs incurred by such damages will also be the responsibility of the individual or party involved.
• To respect neighbours and local community, no amplified music is to be played past 11pm.
• Only paying customers will have access to the campsite and will have wristbands to show this. No guests will be able to come back to your camping space and anyone found to be doing so will be removed by the on site team.
• Toilet facilities in the form of portaloos are available on site, anyone who chooses not to use them will incur any cleaning costs and will result in you being asked to leave site.
• Please use the bins provided for all rubbish, these will be emptied regularly.
